Once a task is completed, the client has full control to approve or request revisions before finalizing it. If the task does not meet requirements, the client can reject it and request changes.

We also have a 7-day holding period—if no dispute is raised within this time, the task is automatically closed. If the client is unsatisfied, they may request revisions, dispute the task, or even request a different Genie. Our team will review valid disputes and work toward a fair resolution.
